COACHING: A TOOL TO ACHIEVE THE NEXT LEVEL

A Coaching Program consists of an individual or Team project that allows the person/Team to define and develop an improvement plan at the individual/Team level, after prior identification of skills, behaviors or attitudes that need to be reinforced or acquired.

The project consists of reflecting and working on possible limitations, acquired habits and preconceived ideas through powerful questions and practical exercises that allow you to draw up a concrete action plan tailored to the desired improvement points.
